Influx of New Hotels
Posted: July 9, 2010 Posted by: The Real DealDevelopers are on schedule to open the largest number of hotels in NYC in several decades. The city is expected to see an 8.5% expansion in room supply, a much faster rate than the rest of the country, where room supply grew only 1.6%. Forty four new hotels with 7,561 rooms are scheduled to be added by this year.
